Position Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Design and implement embedded client software for our handset products. Work collaboratively with a ultidisciplinary team to successfully take the software through the entire development cycle (design, implementation, maintenance).
Qualifications:
· Five or more years of software egineering experience desired
· MSEE or MSCS is proffered
Skills/Experience:
Requirement:
· Very Strong in C/C++, OS fundamentals, data structures & algorithms
· Experience in developing, debugging, and porting client software on embedded platforms
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Socket, multi-threaded programming on handsets
· Development experience with handset middleware & UI
Desired:
· Active Synch Protocol
· HTTP/SSL exprience
· XML/SyncML experience
· Object oriented programming
