Position Description
Overview and duties:
Create new business and customers, promote and sell our wireless solution (UMTS/Terminals) to US wireless service providers. The company will provide competitive base salary, commission incentive plan, benefits package, good working environment, and a broad and flexible career path. Develop and execute sales strategy, manage the sales and customer relationship within defined product/ business area, maintain and maximize a high level of customer satisfaction, focus on selling to US wireless service providers with our UMTS products.

The successful candidate must have minimum 5 years of Wireless Infrastructure sales experience in US market, with proven ability in new business and new customer acquisition, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and thrive in a high energy, competitive environment. Ability to proactively generate sales leads, follow up and close. Successful candidate with good networks and relationships to the senior/executive level of service providers in US is an advantage. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of establishing new markets and customers in a highly competitive market, as well as meeting/exceeding sales quota for each of the past 3 years. A proven communicator with a solid technical background, the candidate will be able to proactively convincingly present our wireless solutions (UMTS), addressing practical network applications and leading us to win the opportunities. Ability to work well with teams or independently, to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must be willing to travel as required.
