Programmer required for continued development and maintenance of web browser based application framework that is tightly integrated with legacy monolithic database application systems. Applications required to run on popular web browsers using AJAX techniques. Applicants should have experience with database application development as well as browser technologies. Proficiency with Java application and applet development also desired for related projects.

This is not a remote position. This position works out of our headquarters in Encino, California. Hitech may offer relocation assistance.

Requirements:
• Thorough expertise (5 years) with browser based technologies including HTML,
XML, DOM, HTTP, SOAP, VBScript, and JavaScript.
• Must have proficiency with Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Must have understanding of HTTP protocol and experience using protocol analysis
tools.

Desirable Skills
• Expertise in Java language and development environments such as Eclipse.
• Application Framework Development
• C language
• Microsoft .NET Framework
• Monolithic programming models
• MultiValue database experience
