U.S. Deployment Producer
Gameloft, officially the #1 worldwide publisher and developer of video games for mobile phones, is seeking a U.S. Deployment Producer with a background in marketing or business to join their existing talent pool. Previous hit games by Gameloft include BLOCK BREAKER, Lost, Beowulf, Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed, Brain Challenge, Gangstar: Crime City, Asphalt: Street Rules, Live Free or Die Hard, Shrek The Third, Heroes, and American Popstar.
The Nitty-Gritty:
• Invent and continually innovate unique game concepts.
• In charge of the overall vision of games in development.
• Manage projects and workflow for a team of talented Programmers, Game Artists and Game Designers.
• Manage new game development through each phase of production: Concept, Mock-up, Alpha, Beta, and Gold.
• Collaborate with marketing staff to incorporate market research results into new game development process and to create consumer marketing programs.
• Manage the availability of games on various sites, partner portals, as well as corporate infrastructure.
• As a key member of the development team, you’ll manage projects and manage a group of Programmers and 2D/3D Game Artists and Game Designers to ensure the highest sales potential is reached for a game.
Must-haves/know-how:
• BBA from a top business school, concentrating in Marketing (MBA is a plus).
• Extensive knowledge about video games and a true passion for both playing and selling them.
• Innate ability to make the right choices to deliver the most promising and best-selling games to the market.
• Ability to think creatively, work well independently, and as a team player.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Risk-taker who knows that innovative ideas lead to the production of great selling games.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience designing published games titles
