The Development Manager will manage a team of Developers working extensively with customized user interface objects with responsibility for designing, implementing, testing and deploying various products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development processes, methodologies, and best practices. He or she will also have an entrepreneurial and true-team spirit, high energy, and a desire to work in the most technically advanced environment being able to take personal pride in a product that works flawlessly.

The ideal candidate will also have 3 to 5 years management experience, as well as 8 years plus experience in developing software. He or she will have a broad background in numerous software technologies and network protocols with specific experience in MFC, MSVC+, C and C+, Microsoft Visio, HTTP/HTML, and UI as well as a demonstrated working knowledge of GSM, CDMA, WiFi and other network technologies and successful hands-on experience with WIMAX.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
