Digital Client Services Specialist/ Traffic Manager - Questex Media Group, Inc.

Position Description

The Digital Client Services position with Questex Media is an administrative job that interacts with sales reps, digital clients, and traffic managers. This position requires a personable, self-motivated and proactive person to partner with various personnel and support them in meeting strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in digital media and online advertising. Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect signed Insertion Orders from customers and break out the digital ad runs from print advertising
• Collect creatives, click URLs, and other digital ad materials from customers and make sure they meet our terms & conditions
• Generate reports on customer campaign activity
• Generate reports on newsletter delivery activity
• Generate reports on website traffic activity
• Reinforce and communicate digital ad conventions and policies with internal and external customers
• Assemble digital ad run materials for newsletters by deadlines
• Assist sales with other client support and administration
• Submit to and communicate with Questex digital traffic managers specifics of new and adjusted ad runs

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in digital media, especially online advertising. Digital client services experience preferred.
• Customer Service and/or Technical Support within digital media, digital sales, digital traffic management (ad operations) is a plus
• Must have excellent phone and communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to manage strong personalities.
• Must be very organized and able to multi-task.
• Must have a command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of digital files such as PDF, JPG, GIF, SWF, required
• Familiarity with Photoshop, ImageReady, Flash or other image software is helpful.
• Familiarity with Accipiter, Doubleclick or other ad servers is helpful
