We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Business Applications Manager, to join our Information Systems team in Woburn, MA.


SUMMARY:
The Business Application Manager will ensure successful implementation of designated application projects and will foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. The incumbent provides broad functional and technical expertise within multiple business areas, in the analysis, design, development and implementation of business processes and applications with limited supervision. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of Business Analysts, Engineers or Database Administrators increasing their knowledge of the American Tower Corporation business, managing the custom development of our application systems and production support processes. The incumbent will also assist internal customers in new product reviews, tests and pilots and identify ways to streamline processes and improve the quality of customer service in addition to developing, delivering and maintaining application training modules where applicable.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Information Systems.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in business application design, implementation, modification or support in an online environment
• Minimum 7 years of business experience required.
• 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in several applications (Oracle and/or non-Oracle).
