We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) RF Engineer to join our DAS Solutions team in Cary, NC.


Summary:
The Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer uses sound engineering principles and planning tools to plan coverage/capacity, and maximize performance of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) networks. The incumbent recommends and implements network optimization parameters. Routine monitoring and review of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Works with other engineers and network operations personnel to address and discover issues. The incumbent will be required to participate with federal, state and local jurisdictions to ensure regulatory and zoning compliance. Provide engineering support to internal and external organizations such as Sales Construction, Operations, and Project Management. The RF Engineer must be flexible in managing his or her workflow on a daily basis and use their discretion on task management based on the priority set by management with minimal supervision. The incumbent must have the ability to interface with cross-functional team members to gain the support required to accomplish their assignments.


Education and Experience:
• 4-year Engineering degree granted by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited university program
• 1-4 years RF Engineering experience, including 2 years in wireless communications engineering
• In-building/DAS design and optimization experience a plus
