Position Description

The ideal candidate has been a VP of Software Engineering or Systems Engineering in having led multi-lingual teams in USA as well as China or India. Your background will include being a Chief Engineer or Sr. Manager for a major SMS platform vendor where you have learned change management, engineering processes, and developed from legacy web access to MMS services for mobile subscribers. In addition, you MUST have experience as a SVP or CTO for a pre-IPO messaging systems vendor with experience in hands-on systems architecture, defining requirements and solutions, and building engineering teams from scratch.

Requires a MSEE or MSCE with 12+ years experience in developing messaging software applications, SMS, and MMS platforms. Additionally you MUST currently be a CTO or SVP for a messaging systems vendor. Prefer bi-lingual or experience working with Asian developers and Asian carrier markets. Expertise in the following is required: J2ME, J2EE, C, C++, Oracle, SQL, SIP, Perl, WAP, SMPP, and SMTP, developing media gateways for wireless networks, GSM-Map, SMS and MMS platforms. Finally you MUST have some experience in mobile payments and ewallet applications.

Company provides full relocation expenses, very competitive base salary $220k to $250k, 30% to 35% annual performance bonuses, PPO medical, dental, and life. US citizenship or US permanent residency is required.
