Position Description

Salary: 30-40K depending on skills and performance.
Location: London

A mobile phone technology and content company, is looking to retain a global operations manager to work from its office in Westbourne Studios. Our client offers mobile solutions to their global client portfolio. The company is young and dynamic and they are looking for a hardworking individual to fit their vibrant company environment.

Ideal requirements:

- excellent communication skills
- speak fluent English
- proficient in word, excel and computing
- be creative in order to write unique sms content
- be meticulous and a perfectionist in admin work
- be confident as an account manager
- be able to support difficult customers via phone and email
- regard yourself as a leader and be able to manage people
- be punctual and have ability to meet strict deadlines
- passion for Mobile technology
- be able to work well by yourself and with a small team

Desirable requirements:
• a plus if you speak other languages
• a huge plus if you speak Afrikaans
• graphic design skills a huge plus

The position will have various responsibilities and include aspects like creative writing, customer support and account management.
