We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Operations Data Analyst to join our Services Tower Operations team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The Operations Data Analyst assists the manager and key business contacts to develop and deliver reporting and information access solutions. The incumbent creates and implements analytical reports, improves efficiencies within the existing reporting structure, and assists with special projects and other ad hoc requests. The Analyst is responsible for providing accurate reporting results that meet the requirements of internal customers, including Operations, Redevelopment, Development, AIT, Procurement and Acquisition, Zoning and Permitting.


Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
• Strong MS Office skills
• Complex data analysis experience is required.
• Minimum three years experience of high level data analysis
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle and Ad-Hoc Reporting tools (i.e. Discoverer, Noetix) is highly preferred.
