They certify and sell hundreds of hardware products from more than 50 partners, and works with hundreds of third-party developers.

The Brief
You will be responsible for establishing, developing and managing commercial relationships with tier 1 handset manufacturers, supporting the team’s vision of making their services available everywhere and to everyone and shaping the future of the mobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate potential partner opportunities, make recommendations and negotiate agreements.
• Structuring and negotiating commercial distribution, technology licensing and co-marketing partnership agreements with top tier handset manufacturers.
• Managing agreements and partner relationships throughout their lifecycle, including evaluation, review, and renegotiation as required.
• Work in a cross-functional team and effectively manage internal and external relationships.
• Prepare presentations, financial projections, and strategic analysis.
Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Solid commercial experience with a successful record of negotiating complex global deals.
• Highly driven and enthusiastic individual, with strong interpersonal capabilities and willingness to learn from and collaborate with other teams, such as legal counsel, marketing, product management, and engineering.
• Razor sharp focus and ability to prioritise and invest effort in opportunities that best help reach business objectives.
• Thrives on working in a high growth environment with a passion for technology and mobile.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker and creative problem solver.
• Financial and business planning experience, including developing budgets, financial models and valuation analysis.
Desirable functional / technical skills

• Direct commercial experience in mobile, either a top tier mobile phone manufacturer, a mobile applications/services company or a consulting firm.
• Knowledge of mobile technology including devices, platforms and applications, with a good understanding of the value chain and what it takes to get consumer mobile application/service/handsets to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, MBA an advantage though not a pre-requisite
