Responsible for providing usability support to product teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems, and graphical, web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational user interfaces. Acts as a key contributor in a more complex-critical environment; may coordinate activities of others and/or the team. May be a recognized authority or acclaimed specialist within own area of the organization and shares knowledge with colleagues. Has depth of expertise in more than one area. Proactively acts to understand client needs and offer assistance even when not asked. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems. (THIS JOB SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMER PRODUCTS.)
Experience:
Typically requires 5 – 8 years experience and a BS degree or equivalent experience with extensive knowledge of prototype development, and general interaction design/usability principles.
