Position Description

Location: Central London
Salary: 25-30K

Our client is a leading Network Operator in UK and they are looking for Design Manager. This will primarily be a designer’s role to start with migrating over time into more design management role, project and moreover brand management.

Must Haves

1) Branding – need passionate brand loving people

2) Need some large corporation background – not just agency background. Very important to know how they work and understand big brand’s margins. Ideally a mixture of client and agency, telecoms experiences but either large industry will be suitable.

3) Must be creative, might be asked to provide portfolio of previous designs. Someone able to think on their feet.

4) Good communication skills to be able to present briefs and sell their ideas

5) Evidence of multi tasking, flexibility and able to prioritise workload, juggle projects etc

6) Proficient in all design packages, power point, power suit, quark, Microsoft packages and able to work on Apple Mac.

7) Experience in setting up Art work for print, need to be able to do this ie Adobe Acrobat, Adobe distiller. Previous history of Art working would be good.
