We seek a highly motivated individual to join the Contact Center Delivery Solutions Team to take accountability for management and tracking of R&D spend for our portfolio.

Key objectives include improving the tools (i.e. spreadsheets and other analytical tools) and visibility of key data at a product and project level, enabling more effective management of R&D spend. This directly supports Contact Center Solutions objectives’ of (i) reduction of Current Engineering spend through improved productivity, (ii) implementing comprehensive governance, metrics and delivery management framework and (iii) increasing Product Management involvement/knowledge in forecasting and financials of their businesses.

In addition, this individual will have responsibility for HW unit forecasting to support specific forecast accuracy goals, unit and market share reporting, and compliance reporting for corporate training requirements.

Requirement:
The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and preferably experience with Avaya’s key financial reporting systems (i.e. SAP, Essbase).
