We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Senior Manager – Site Development Services to join our Tower Services team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Site Development Services is responsible for leading American Tower’s new site development and services business in an assigned geographic area. Primary responsibilities include generating new business opportunities in partnership with sales, managing and developing employees and providing oversight for project performance. The Sr. Manager is accountable to achieve revenue and cash flow targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for all projects within the assigned territory.


Education and Experience:
• College degree in business, planning, engineering, construction management or similar discipline
• Advanced degree in business or technical discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of prior professional experience in roles of increasing responsibility preferred
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the wireless site development industry preferred
• Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience preferred
