Position Description

Responsibilities:

• Advise internal business constituents (Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Product) on selection of strategic partners
• Manage our day-to-day relationships with our business partners (working with Account Manager in your team)
• Manage the sales & distribution efforts of the OpenDada API, among smaller online publishers (working with Sales Executive in your team)
• Perform competitive analysis and valuation of potential business opportunities and projects
• Engage partners in deal discussions, work with Finance and Legal to structure and negotiate contract terms, and execute deals to help Dada Entertainment’s business units achieve both long and short term goals
• Review key, relevant industry trends, models and metrics to identify growth opportunities and potential acquisition targets to enhance Dada Entertainment’s businesses
• Attain assigned target business development and revenue based goals
• Drive preparation of materials (and supporting analyses) required to assist in making strategic and business related decisions

Qualifications and Experience:
• Mobile and internet-savvy, with deep knowledge of the various online and mobile media business models across the industry
• Minimum of 3-4 years in mobile and/or online business development.
• Strong oral, written and communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally and at all organizational levels
• Ability to work with minimum supervision in order to guide, coordinate and facilitate activities across groups
• Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to work in fast-paced environment with highly collaborative approach
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Demonstrated quantitative, financial analysis and modeling skills with attention to detail
• BA from top-tier university, MBA or equivalent degree is a preferred asset
