Software QA Engineer

Enterprise solutions include traditional call center voice customer access, interactive response technologies, and multimedia communications utilizing SIP. The solutions are integrated with data acquisition and management reporting systems providing flexible, easily customized solutions that adapt to meet any business need. System testing of these product solutions has become an integral part of development from the creation of test strategies and test plans; working with development to expedite release dates; understanding program schedules and assessing priorities; as well as creating and maintaining complex lab infrastructures.

The Software QA Engineer’s main role is to plan, design, and execute test cases that validate requirements, features with strong understanding of the end user experience. During testing phase, the software tester will work with other testers, developers, system engineers, and project management to identify and document issues.

Requirement:
Required skills sets: (software, hardware, languages, OS, tools, etc.)
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field with system test experience. Experience with Windows (OS and domain infrastructures), Linux, databases (MSSQL, Oracle
