An influential technical position within the pre-sales community, awarded to those who achieve superior results and who are recognized as leaders in the region. Has the ability to present and articulate the business value and ROI of a complete company solution to the client’s managerial and technical audience.

- Ability to recognize and develop new opportunities within their accounts for multiple solution areas and work with the account team to propose new solutions.
- Adept at developing relationships with key decision makers on accounts.
- Has expertise in both voice and data networking technologies.
- He/she is knowledgeable about the entire company portfolio with specific expertise in at least one recognized industry subject matter areas (typically certified as well).
- He/she has knowledge of the services the company can provide and is capable of thoroughly designing and presenting solutions, having the necessary technical and theoretical skills to take a lead role in developing technical solutions.
- Regularly designs, proposes, builds and delivers presentations about complex cross-portfolio solutions and can thoroughly demonstrate complex functionality (i.e. SPARK trials).
- Thoroughly discusses multi-vendor environments and have some experience in configuring multi-vendor solutions.
- Has working knowledge of our competitors offerings and of the company’s advantages over the competition.
- He/she has strong presentation skills to speak to large audiences of technical and managerial audiences. The ACS level or equivalent would be appropriate for this level.
- The individual is adept at internal processes and knowing how to maneuver within the company to assure that clients expectations are exceeded.
- Exemplifies the company’s values and is recognized for leadership attributes.
- Leads internal knowledge transfer sessions for the team and for large audiences.
- The individual is known as a mentor to less experienced sales engineers and Client Executives in the region.
