Position Description

Salary: £40-£45k plus car allowance of £6k

Main purpose of job
With a focus on the established e-commerce and download accounts, including key pan European accounts with iTunes and Amazon, undertake proactive account management to achieve overall European Digital targets.

Main responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally as well as with key account contacts with the aim of making our client the preferred partner for these accounts.
Build KPI’s and targets with each affiliate, as appropriate to the accounts managed, in order to achieve overall European digital targets.
Undertake account management responsibilities including:

• Managing the release flow for major pan-European releases and support local priority releases
• Developing new product and campaign initiatives to generate significant incremental sales
• Develop reports and analysis appropriate to accounts and utilise to provide best practice information and coaching to all EU affiliates
• Work in partnership with colleagues to develop relevant marketing and CRM initiatives to drive awareness of and traffic to key accounts
• Build strong relationships with marketing teams in each market to ensure Sales initiatives are in line with local marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyse digital product sales forecasts with actual as well monitor market monthly performances vs Business Plans and forecasts.
• Play an active role in supporting the development of other team members including the Junior Account Manager. Provide guidance on controlling quality of catalogue content offerings, clean-up, pricing and involvement in campaigns as well as in the development of reporting.

Person Specification Knowledge/Qualification

• Able to demonstrate good understanding of digital market and account management responsibilities
• Further study in media/marketing/sales Experience
• Prior experience in digital sales and marketing
• Prior music industry and preferably iTunes account management and int’l experience.
Skills

• Able to build good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation with proven ability to influence others.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced presentation skills
• Second European language
