Position Description
Package: £28,000 Basic + £8,000 Commission – negotiable if you are the right candidate & you can convince us why.
The Company & the Job:
Our client is a front runner in the ad exchange business and their aim is to improve the way advertising is bought and sold.
They are seeking an exceptional Publishing Sales person with experience in the digital advertising space, having worked with multiple publishers in the UK.
A few pre-requisites:
• You must have good contacts within the UK Publisher community.
• You must relish working for in a fast paced ‘start-up’ environment.
• You will be self motivated and have the ability to get your head down and learn on your own accord.
• You must work in a pressured team to hit deadlines & targets.
You will be joining a team of experienced entrepreneurs who have successfully set up, grown and lead several online ad businesses. It’s a chance to get in on a great idea that is on its way up.
Essential Requirements:
• Min of 3 years digital sales experience.
• A sound contact base within the publisher community in the UK.
• Strong face to face, presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Fearless and enthusiastic with a desire & drive to succeed.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
• Work on delivering ad campaigns across the publishers listed on the UK Exchange.
• Work with the team to recruit websites onto our client’s exchange.
• Meeting and exceeding financial and performance targets.
• Working to the overall sales strategy on a personal and team level.
• Ability to manage own customer base with maximum return.
• To deal with complaints/queries promptly, efficiently, courteously and seek assistance from VP when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products – its position within its market and its strengths and weaknesses and share this with your team.
