Position Description

Salary: 70-80K
Location: West London
Our client offers revolutionary communication solutions on a global scale. Since its inception, they have focused on mass market consumers in its product development and communication. They are now about to reorganise in order to be more user focused and an integral part thereof is to create separate units for Consumer and Business. They are looking to build a new focused team to create and manage their Business offering.

Key Responsibilities
• Overall: to focus on delivering business marketing strategy, development and marketing, through, Channel, web, email, advertising, Leads management, strategic Relationships and Reputation.
• Lead Generation : Work with the various teams to deliver a pipeline of potential business customer leads from their target sectors
• Marketing: direct a team of marketing professionals to open doors to and nurture, maintain and build awareness. Develop and implement a programme of world class marketing programmes targeted at the same market opportunities to open doors to new leads and nurture existing relationships that includes innovative use of Digital Media, events and collateral. Manage a PR strategy (corporate and media) that maximises the company assets with demonstrable and measurable return.
• Leadership: contribute to business planning in support of the company’s mission as well as managing the webmaster and delivery of the business message, online, email, advertising and partners websites. Manage budget and occasional project management.
• Relationships: manage internal, external and third party marketing relationships, manage outsourced creative work and company’s Commercial Partners.

Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role with ability to demonstrate how marketing has impacted the bottom line of the business and enabled growth in the business
• Comfortable in dealing and negotiating with senior executives from business, suppliers and channel partners
• Strong international marketing/business development background in a B2B solutions-led and consultative business sector
• A background in/or strong understanding of ICT (Information, Communications and Technology) and/or Creative Industries
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders
• Experience of public speaking and being a spokesperson for print and broadcast media is a bonus
• IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working with CRM databases an advantage
• Ability to pick up issues quickly and adapt in a fast moving environment
• Self sufficient, hands-on with the desire to get involved in the business

Qualifications
• Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) qualification preferred
