We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Project Manager of DAS Solutions and Site Acquisitions to join our DAS Solutions team in Cary, NC.
Summary:
The Project Manager, DAS (Distributed Antennae Systems) Solutions and Site Acquisitions is responsible for the management of DAS new-build, DAS backfill, and new site acquisition project teams across multiple disciplines with the primary goal to increase American Tower’s asset base. The incumbent’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to; identifying/prospecting new opportunities, coordinating DAS RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, obtaining site access rights with internal and external legal teams, developing deployment, due diligence and integration plans, leading cross-functional teams, and creating deployment/acquisition summaries and final bid proposals.
Education and Experience:
• College degree in business, planning, engineering, construction management or equivalent work experience in the wireless tower industry.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the wireless tower industry.
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the wireless tower industry including knowledge of tower sites and construction, engineering, zoning, tenant and ground leases, and environmental/FAA/FCC compliance
