Salary: 30-35K

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES


Our client is a mobile game developer that works with 3rd Party Developers and to help give them directions and assist in product development, our client now requires an in-house Designer to undertake this work. You will be involved with the full spectrum of IP including all the arcade and console classics.

In particular the Designer will:

• Work with producers on the development of Concept Documents and brief 3rd party developers and then help present these designs to the sales team.

• Develop specific design documents for key projects.

• Work with Producers to review and monitor game development with respect to game design and game mechanics.

Essential that the candidate has the confidence to work with some of the gaming industries best known brands and apply the required high levels of quality and attention to detail that is demanded by the client.

Our client is investing significantly in its Mobile Division and is presently going through major internal structural changes to turn into a world leader in mobile gaming, the candidate must be able to work with change and help introduce new processes and procedures to help move the company forward at an accelerated rate.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge and practical experience of each aspect of the production process for the development for mobile games.
• Must be able to demonstrate a solid track record in Mobile
• Ability to be involved with multiple projects and work to deadlines
• A detailed understanding of the mobile games and games industry in general.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills. The ability to communicate with management, internal departments and external partners.
