The Role
Our client is a leading Network Operator. As Senior Loyalty Manager you’ll be responsible creating and ensuring successful delivery of PAYM consumer Upgrade and Reactive Retention strategy across all channels (Sales & Loyalty, Retail, web and Indirect). This includes understanding customer insight, creation of Upgrade and Retention offers, investment optimisation and improving customer experience.
You’ll have day to day responsibility for the PAYM churn and upgrade P&L, and have the opportunity to combine customer and commercial understanding with operational delivery to reduce Loyalty and Retention targets. You’ll also have management responsibility for a Loyalty Manager.
Must Haves
• Marketing experience with a strong customer focus.
• Commercial acumen and P&L – previous experience of business case development preferred.
• Analytical mind with ability to turn insight into effective action plans.
• Results oriented and an effective project manager with ability to lead cross-functional team.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Haves
It would also be great if you could demonstrate the following:
• Creativity and innovation – previous experience of proposition development preferred.
• Distribution channels experience (CS, stores, web)
• Initiative and proactive
The Department
Working as part of PAYM Segment Marketing within the Consumer Business Unit you work within the team responsible for UK PAYM P&L. A high profile role with exposure and opportunity to work with many departments across UK. Your key stakeholders in Loyalty and Retention include: all channels (Sales & Loyalty, Web, Retail and Indirect), Commercial Finance, Customer Investment, Pricing, Customer Insight and Market.
