Senior Telecom Network Performance Auditor - Xcelence ltd

Position Description

My client is one of the biggest telecommunication services company and is seeking to expand its team of Network performance Auditors to help their clients to enhance their revenues, increase profits, and improve operational efficiencies.
Technical Skill Required:
The audit consists of Network performance assessment and benchmark, System design review and Site quality assessment.
The Network Audit and Benchmarking Service will provide a general evaluation of network performance, based on the analysis of KPIs and comparison to references for benchmarking.
Knowledge and understanding of network service provider revenue systems, suppliers, partners
and outsourcers. Demonstrated expertise in key business process skills, such as workflow and process analysis
Data manipulation & interrogation/analysis skills
Flowcharting & audit process & controls experience.
The ideal candidate apart of technical skills, will have the ability to support the preparation of written proposals
Ability to design and present information seminars aimed at increasing business.
Demonstrated knowledge in core telecommunication processes such as; Customer Acquisition,
Sales and Ordering, Activation, Network Performance and Monitoring, Service Quality, Billing,
Customer Care, Finance, and Supply Chain.
The ability to conduct audits, find discrepancies
Demonstrated project management skills and team leadership skills.
5-7 years telecommunication experience or telecom consulting experience.
International travel required.
It is a permanent position based in Middle East. The experience with Ericsson equipment, tools and processes will be a significant plus.
