Solutions Architect - ARN Consulting

Position Description

Our client is a leading Mobile company providing mobile content to consumers. They are looking to employ a Solutions Architect to work in the Systems and Operation Team. The role will focus on supporting the sales team in presales discussions with Network Operators regarding the design and documentation of integration components.

The candidate will work closely with the R&D and Systems teams to ensure that solutions are achievable using our client’s software and infrastructure as well as providing a technical support function to the Project Team through the implementation of the solution.

The ideal candidate will have good technical telecoms experience particularly in the field of systems integration at Mobile Network Operators with an understanding of all core Operator components (Billing, Messaging, Provisioning etc) and working with R&D team.

The candidate should have a technical background with possible development and/or systems experience. He/She should show extreme attention to detail and be able to communicate technical concepts and solutions both verbally and in writing.


Responsibilities
• Support to the Sales team and process from initial technical and proposition support to technical validation of proposed solutions for Operators
• Architectural design and specification of technical solution with the Operator
• Documentation of Operator solutions
• Interface with R&D on integration components
• Input in to product development process on functionality required from integration perspective
• Technical support to the Project manager during implementation
