Our client is a growing provider of communications products for public safety.



Job Description:

· The VP North American Sales will be responsible for both selling and managing the sales teams of communications products to the public safety marketplace.

· They will also develop and maintain dealer relationships.

· The VP will be responsible for setting strategy and implementing that strategy to meet company goals.

· Travel will be required as needed.



Qualifications:

· Must have at least 10 years experience with a manufacturer of land mobile radio products selling those products in the US.

· Must have direct sales experience and strong experience selling through dealers and manufacturing reps.

· Must have managed a sales team and set strategy for team.

· Successful candidates will have been responsible for more than $10 million in sales annually.
