Job Description:

· The Marketing Manager will help lead the Marketing team to successfully implement direct response campaigns under the supervision of the Director of Marketing.

· They will also: Assist in the formulation of overall campaign optimization and strategy to support growth goals;

· Manage ROI levels;

· Report to management on online and mobile trends and data and conversion metrics;

· Manage CPA and partner-driven promotional relationships

· Manage media campaigns

· Grow accounts and identify and generate new business

· Manage and negotiate external relationships (agencies, freelancers, list brokers, media, premium and fulfillment vendors, etc.);

· Identify and recommend changes to increase the performance of overall program.



Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years experience in direct response marketing required with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role in the internet direct marketing industry.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field;

· Demonstrated success managing direct marketing campaigns;

· Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills, as well as project management skills.

· Proven track record driving web site traffic and experience with a variety of consumer-oriented marketing channels;

· Strong analytical abilities and experience with interpreting large amounts of customer and financial data;

· Strong SEO experience;

· Strong MS Excel and Access skills.
