Job Description:

· The Customer Care Manager will assist the director in managing international call center vendors for our client.

· They will work with RFP development and process management, assist in training, KPI reviews, track projects, manage metrics, budgets, cost tracking.

· They will resolve customer escalations, and develop and manage policies and procedures for handling such matters.

· Monitor call centers for quality assurance.



Qualifications:

· Experience managing outsourced call centers

· Call center training experience

· Ability to prioritize with problem solving abilities required

· Must be computer literate in Microsoft applications

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be self motivated with strong organizational skills

· Conflict resolution skills

· Willingness and ability to operate in a team environment.

· College Degree

· Willing to travel internationally
