Job Description:

The Customer Care Specialist will resolve customer issues according to policies and procedures while maintaining brand image, handle RFP’s, provide product information, monitor call centers, and assist in special customer service improvement projects.



Qualifications:

· Ability to work a flexible work schedule and extra hours with advance notice.

· Must be computer literate in Microsoft applications, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Ability to prioritize with problem solving abilities required

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Detailed oriented

· Must be self motivated with strong organizational skills

· Prior customer service experience required

· Conflict resolution skills

· Willingness and ability to operate in a team environment.

· BA/BS in Business, Communications or similar discipline highly desired.
