We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Project Manager – Site Development Services to join our Tower Services team in Denver, CO.
Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for American Tower’s services business on assigned projects. The Tower Services organization is responsible for the acquisition, zoning, permitting and overall project management of tower builds. Primary responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, managing budgets, project timelines, goals and resources. The incumbent is accountable for achieving revenue and cash flow targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for all assigned projects.
Education and Experience:
• College degree in business, planning, engineering, construction management or equivalent work experience in the wireless site development industry.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the wireless site development industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing wireless site development professionals through prior experience in network deployment projects, site acquisition or construction management responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the wireless tower industry including knowledge of tower citing and construction, engineering, zoning, tenant and ground leases, and environmental/FAA/FCC compliance
