Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available opportunity for a PROGRAM MANAGER II in our Base Station Antennas Division located in Richardson, Texas.

JOB SUMMARY:
Manages multiple customer projects for tele-communication sites to include: preparation of project schedules and operational activities from conceptual design through implementation, qualification of sub-contractors, acquisition and assignment of resources, supervision and leadership of assigned personnel and enforcement and supervision of requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Primary interface with customers for Quality and Warranty related concerns.
- Creates and executes project work plans; revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manage all aspects of subcontractor relations (qualification, negotiation, selection, evaluation etc) to ensure projects are completed in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner.
- Review project Scope of Work and Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project to that scope.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately; responsible for timely and accurate completion of general administrative work to include daily reports, purchase orders, change orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with field service project manager and crews to resolve customer warranty issues.
- Responsible for close coordination with Finance Manager and Quality Director to manage project budget and ensure timely and accurate invoicing for project.
- Facilitates internal and customer meetings effectively and communicates relevant project information to management.
- Keeps management well informed of changes within the organization.
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Resolves customer quality issues and corrective action requests, driving internal teams to determine root cause, define and implement corrective action.
- Coordinate meetings to formulate methodologies for root cause analysis. Recommend methods to isolate problems and resolve them.
- Key liaison with Sales and Product Line functions and customers to ensure that quality requirements, standards and specifications are defined and complied through implementation.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with customers, distilling specific areas for improvement that will increase our customers’ loyalty.
- Maintain and build customer relationships.
- Understands customer requirements, reviews and approves company estimates or formulates project estimates on behalf of the company.
- Work closely with customers and internal organizations to provide timely solutions to customers’ issue and requests. Must have bandwidth to work with people at all levels of the company and the customer’s company (up to & including Sr. VP level).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate difficult quality and technical information to technical and non-technical customer audiences.
- Proven experience with problem solving methods often involving complex technical issues across multiple disciplines.
- Must have proven ability to lead and/or facilitate business process improvements that positively impact customer satisfaction.
- Must have a proven ability to influence behavior across several organizations and functions.
- Possess superior ability to effectively communicate at all business unit and customer levels.
- Demonstrate effective influence management skills, strong interpersonal skills and be results and detail-oriented.
- Be willing to be flexible in providing strong technical support to customers on all BSA products.
- Be able to work under high pressure within a specific timeframe to quickly resolve all customer issues.
- Be proactive and capable of self motivation/direction
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering e.g. RF/Electrical
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Must be able to travel to customer office and site locations
- Certified PMP a plus.

Up to 25% travel required to customer office and site locations
