Full Title: Solution Specialist – Government Sales

Compensation: 70 – 90K + uncapped commission

Job Description:

· The Solutions Specialist will develop sales opportunities in the US Federal, state and local government markets.

· Develop and manage relationships with Government Agency personnel responsible for HSPD-12 and Identity and Access Management in their physical security infrastructure

· Develop solution recommendations as it pertains to our client’s products and their functionality and extensibility to each unique environment

· Assist with customer/partner presentations, product demonstrations, etc.

· Respond to RFI and RFP opportunities

· Establish and develop VAR partner programs



Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience

· Minimum 10 years experience working with Federal Agencies

· Historically a top performer and hunter with decision maker contacts within the physical and IT security departments in Federal, State and Local Government agencies

· Prefer experience with a complex technology solution requiring close coordination between VAR partners, sales, pre-sales support and professional services.

· Technical background in enterprise applications and software environments and strong knowledge of identity and access management practices. Familiar with HSPD-12, FIPS-201, etc.

· Active Secret Clearance is preferred

· Travel to 30% required
