Position Description

A leading developer of wireless connectivity, productivity and optimization products is looking for a Senior Director, Customer & Technical Support in Aliso Viejo, California.

The successful candidate will oversee the creation and expand services in the customer care and technical support functions to support leading mobile operators and enterprise customers.

This position requires 15 years experience in customer and/or technical support for a technology firm; preferably in software – Five or more of those years in a management role.


BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technical field (i.e. engineering or computer science); MA/MS or MBA is highly desirable.
