SGSN Engineer Tier 3 - Wireless Mobi Solution

Position Description

• High level Support for a Carrier on Tier 3 SGSN Network.
  * Support for Multiplatform SGSN Network (Ericsson)
  * Resolution of GPRS/SGSN/UMTS related network issues.
  * High level trace of subscriber failure errors within the network.
  * Resolution of all GPRS/UMTS/SGSN software related issues
  * Resolution of all GPRS/UMTS/SGSN hardware related issues.
  * Deployment and update of SuperCPS, ECs and new software on E /// SGSNs
  * Provide Tier 3 support for SGSN/GPRS/UMTS Platform
  * Provide Tier 3 support on Ericsson and Nokia SGSNs
  * Provide Tier 3 support for the Ericsson UMTS/WCDMA and Lucent UMTS SGSNs.
  * Resolution of all GPRS/UMTS/SGSN software related issues
  * Resolution of all GPRS/UMTS/SGSN hardware related issues.
  * 24/7 support for network troubleshooting and network resolution
  * Tracing of subscriber problems that arise on the network from NOC & Tier 2
  * Deployment of SuperCPs , ECs ,ACAs and software upgrades West SGSN Nodes
  * Frame relay and Monitoring of Iu interface for the UMTS Node
  * Deployment of backup scripts on Ericsson GISs for weekly backup.
  * Acceptance tests for New SGSNs deployed into production.
