Location: Tallinn, Estonia or Stockholm, Sweden or London, UK
Salary: £ 120.000 + 40% bonus + benefits

Responsibilities
• Lead the group responsible for Mobile Engineering – motivating, prioritizing work, focusing the team, and emphasizing deliverables and quality
• Plan, organize and coordinate engineering projects across several teams that are responsible for delivery of applications for mobile handsets, integration programs with partners, and continuous product improvements.
• Ensure other teams are interfacing well – product management, quality assurance, interaction design, support and partner development teams
• Drive and evangelize the Mobile Engineering strategy, contribute and influence corporate architectural decisions
• Resolve high-level technical issues and build processes and team skills to increase productivity
• Hire more top notch engineers, integration engineers, programme and project managers
Pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• BS or higher degree in CS/EE or equivalent
• Excellent track record of managing engineering teams and delivering products
• Experience with working with Mobile Operators, practical expertise in integration programmes
• Deep knowledge of engineering design process, quality control, and product lifecycle
• Good budgeting and resource planning skills
• Substantial experience in software development. Experience with hardware or manufacturing is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience on projects with multi-system interdependencies and medium to large cross-functional project teams
