Our client provides software for the public safety industry.



Job Description:

· The Director of Sales will be responsible for national sales of our client’s software solutions.

· In this hands-on role, the Director will be expected to manage a sales team while contributing to sales efforts.

· The sales projects are multimillion dollar projects.



Qualifications:

· The successful Director will have at least 3-5 years experience managing and motivating a team of sales professionals as well as experience selling technical software and services to the public safety sector.

· Must have experience with RFP’s, etc.

· Must be hands-on manager with proven track record of meeting or exceeding plan over multiple years.

· Must be able to travel.
