This role includes overall responsibility for managing our clients Business Applications products.

Business applications include:
a)New solutions for businesses like voice conferencing with remote dial-in, collaboration and video conferencing.
b)Inbound calling solutions like buttons and commercial contacts
c)Extras like call recording and faxing
d)Stand alone applications like LDAP support and integration with other business systems

Applications will make our Business offering a true unified communications offering. The role will include much work with external partners.


Key Responsibilities
•Market knowledge & User Research: Develop a thorough understanding of user needs and segmentation for Services.
•Product Roadmap: Build and maintain a user focussed product roadmap.
•Product Prioritisation: Produce Concept Brief documents and necessary business case analysis to support the product prioritisation process.
•Pricing and proposition Responsible for pricing and elasticity analysis for applications.
•Product Development: Together with a Project Manager, managing development projects. As much of our new product development will be done based on partner offerings, this includes coordination of partner projects.
•Product Delivery & Launches: Ensure a successful roll-out of new products.
•Meeting targets: Analyse and track the agreed product metrics. Budgeting.
•Best Practice: Developing and implementing routines and processes for the team.


Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•Experience from product management, including proposition development of paid for services, preferably from B2B.
•Budget and P&L experience
•Strategy & analytics experience
•Strong understanding of communications products and features as well as trends in the industry

Qualifications
•Graduated in relevant field
