Salary: £35,000
To work closely with the European digital groups within the European Operations Department, such as UK, France and Germany. The primary objective will be to provide a direct support to these territories to ensure digital deliveries to partners and to advise on delivery and process best practice.
Key Objectives
•To provide direct support on best practice and systems support to territories
•To gather the needs of territories and represent them to the wider Digital Operations
•To find innovative and scalable solutions to the unique challenges of digital operations in these territories.
•To assess new partners and be the key internal and external contact for integrating the new partner into our systems
•To support markets with one off requirements for content deliveries
•Contribute to department and team initiatives e.g. create and update of Standard Operating Procedures documentation and GDO department process mapping.
•Provide partner and territory analysis to the business as required
•Ensure they are familiar with, and contribute to where necessary, any new or ongoing projects & systems upgrades and new business functionality, and participate with project proposal/status reviews and UA testing as required.
•Provide process and systems training to European counterparts as required.
•Provide absence cover to other team members.
The Individual
Type of Experience:
•Understanding of digital supply chain workflow
•Understanding of the digital media marketplace and types consumer services available.
•Experience of account management/client operations type roles with primary focus on customer service.
•Working with emerging technology companies.
•Experience of the music industry.
•Experience working with XML and or digital deliveries
Qualifications:
•A-Levels or equivalent
Skills:
•Strong computer skills, especially MS Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex processes to non-technical staff. Ability thinks through complex problems and suggests solutions. Highly organized and can multi-task while remaining calm under pressure.
•Other language skills desirable. Knowledge of internet technology and transfer protocols
