Job Description:

Because of a huge continuous growth, our client is looking for a VP or Director of Engineering to lead their hardware design engineering group. This individual will have experience with working with high volume production and design of electronics and able to get 200-500K units out per year.



Qualifications:

· At least 7-8 years experience

· BSEE or MSEE required

· Deep technical knowledge

· Able to lead a team of 5-10 engineers

· Skilled at mentoring junior design engineers

· Hands on, “roll up your sleeves” Manager

· Good job record. No job hoppers.
