Our Sales Manager manages the entire sales cycle, as well as supervises and motivates the junior sales staff. Be an expert of the markets, accounts, products and technologies.

Responsibilities:
* Build the client relationships via phone, email and project database.
* Prospect opportunities for sourcing, reversed sourcing and manage the project cycle.
* Present proposals and lead all negotiations.
* Bring- in business from key decision makers in operator accounts in the assigned territory.
* Close deals by getting orders and follow through the payments to meet the financial bottom line.
* Work daily with your team to share information, updates and progress reports
* Set goals, motivate and coach the junior sales team reach the join monthly targets.
* Report to management on strategy, new opportunities and competitors’ information.
* Be flexible to travel internationally, be able to spend 3-6 months a year based in Romania to supervise and manage the sales team.

Qualifications Required:
* Need to be flexible in work hours, and able to travel overseas when needed.
* Minimum 3 years of client experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT fields.
* Technically savvy, and well understand and experienced in conducting business in different cultures.
* Consultative, technology, key account sales or customer experience is highly desirable
* Be able to work in odd hours to accommodate the the clients’ business hours in different time zones / continents.
* Well versed in Microsoft office applications.
* Diligent, organized, problem-solving and efficient.
* Fluent in Spanish OR French in addition to English
