DIRECTOR / VP OF CLIENT SERVICES

Mobilitie, LLC is currently seeking a seasoned software and services sales professional to join our team in Newport Beach. Mobilitie is the largest privately held tower company in the United States. We currently own thousands of wireless sites throughout the US and have offices in Newport Beach, CA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; and Bellevue, WA. We are the fastest growing private owner of wireless assets, including owning the largest fiber based wireless network in the United States.
The Director of Client Services will market and sell the Company’s state of the art software solution to wireless carriers and service providers. The ideal candidate has deep relationships with the wireless telecommunications industry and has a mastery of consultative selling.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead sales efforts to market and sell the Company’s software product and associated services.
• Develop materials for client meetings including marketing materials, slide presentations, and pricing models.
• Develop leads through all possible channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, etc.
• Develop client proposals with limited information and with minimal guidance partnering with delivery and acquisition teams to ensure success.
• Generate and nurture executive relationships within the wireless community.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) with a Masters Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years of Wireless Infrastructure Software sales experience in US market, with proven ability in new business and new customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing new markets and customers in a highly competitive market, as well as meeting/exceeding sales quota for each of the past 3 years.
• Ability to proactively generate sales leads, follow up and close.
• A proven communicator with a solid technical background, the candidate will be able to proactively and convincingly sell the Company’s solutions, addressing practical operational applications and leading the way to win the opportunities.
• Advanced computer skills, including the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member; while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate both informally and formally.
• Proven demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Must be willing to travel as required (up to 80%).
