Position Description

Lead the RF engineering team on analysis of data for the purpose of optimizing a CDMA PCS Network, activities in order to provide guidance to site acquisition and construction in the proper placement and construction of sites. The RF Engineering Manager is responsible for providing support for ongoing optimization of this network.

Required: 3 – 4 years of wireless telecom RF Engineering and optimization experience. Understands air interface coding and parameters of CDMA, UMTS, FCC Rules, and RF component equipment.
