Position Description
This position requires a high energy person capable of working in a dynamic ever changing environment. The successful candidate must be focused; well organized, time management oriented and will need to display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must for this position. The role will also require extensive use of Web browsers, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc to access a number of web based applications as required. This position is critical to the success of the company and will include a high degree of communication with Customers, Dealers, Partners and other personnel.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have hands on experience with all LNP (local number portability) port-in, port-out, and toll free porting functions. Requires a demonstrated understanding of the LNP porting processes, guidelines, and knowledge of CNAM, LIDB, and Listing processes. This position will have minimal supervision and will be responsible for the critical day to day operational components to the LNP Team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of LNP including systems setup/support, order processing, tracking, and error resolution. This position will act as a working Team Lead and will be responsible for the training and coaching of other team members. Normal daily functions will include but not limited to:
a. DID (new telephone number) management
i. Reviewing sales orders and ordering new DID ranges as required. Web portal and email use
ii. Liaising with vendors on order management
iii. Liaising with Dealers on availability / requirements
iv. Proactive ordering based upon territory planning and growth
v. Adding new DID number ranges to the company web portal
vi. Allocating DID’s to Customer configurations as appropriate
b. Telephone / Toll Free Number Porting
i. Reviewing sales orders and process number ports as required. Web portal and email use
ii. Add DID’s associated with number ports to company Web portal
iii. Allocate number port DID’s to Customer configurations using the company Web portal in preparation for the port.
c. Communicate with Dealers, Customers, Sales, and Customer Service as necessary re-process updates.
d. Manage equipment ordering process with the company Fulfillment Center.
e. Any other administrative task and or process deemed necessary to support our Customers and Dealers
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required. Minimum of 2-3 years, but seeking an individual with 3-5 years of LNP order processing experience, supervision of employees, ability to work to successful resolution of issues, and escalate as needed. Candidate must be able to multi-task, yet follow through. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, project management, oral and written communication skills, and be able to work in high pressure/quick response environments. The successful candidate should be a self starter. Comfortable working in stressful situations. Requirements to be able to work outside normal business hours when necessary to resolve critical issues.
