Position Description

This position requires a high energy person capable of working in a dynamic ever changing environment. The successful candidate must be focused; well organized, time management oriented and will need to display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must for this position. The role will also require extensive use of Web browsers, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc to access a number of web based applications as required. This position is critical to the success of the company and will include a high degree of communication with Customers, Dealers, Partners and other personnel.

Main Duties:
Inside sales support
Provide ongoing in-side sales support for dealers.
-Provide on-line (Goto meeting) webinars for dealers and their prospective customers.
Provide application support to dealers using company quoting tool
-Liaising between Dealers, pre-sales and tech support facilitating answers to sales related questions.
-Provide daily activity reports to VP of Sales.
Any other administrative task and or process deemed necessary to support our Customers and Dealers.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Candidate must be able to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal, project management, oral and written communication skills and be able to work in a high pressure quick response environments. Comfortable working in stressful situations.Requirements to be able to work outside normal business hours when necessary to resolve critical issues.
