Compensation: 60K + commission, Target Income 100K

Location: Virtual Office in Eastern US, preferably Chicago or New Jersey

Job Description:

· The RSM will be responsible for development of dealer network and for channel sales of communication products to public safety.

· Recruitment of Resellers to maximize sales coverage while proactively minimizing channel conflict to ensure a strong long term value proposition.

· Introduce and train resellers on products and corresponding solutions.

· Influence Resellers to create awareness and demand for products in the market.

· Construct effective Reseller marketing/sales plans to drive penetration of products in the territory.

· Monitor effectiveness of Resellers market plan implementation consistently and coach Reseller on enhanced initiatives to drive desired results.



Qualifications:

· Geographically located to cover assigned market in cost efficient manner

· Minimum Five (5) years of indirect/direct sales experience in Land Mobile Industry.

· Defined record of success illustrated via professional selling/channel management techniques.

· Clear understanding of small to mid size business-to-business operations.

· High energy and aggressive nature with solid communications skills (verbal & written)

· Organized with solid business planning and process oriented management skills.

· Independent self starter with unique capabilities to operate within a team environment.

· Undergraduate degree desired.
