Job Description:

The Area Sales Manager will develop the dealer network and channel sales through implementation of the distribution strategy. Recruit distributors to maximize sales coverage.



Qualifications:

· Bilingual (Native language plus English fluent) and Bicultural

· Minimum Five (5) years of indirect/direct sales experience in Land Mobile Industry.

· Defined record of success illustrated via professional selling/channel management techniques.

· Clear understanding of small to mid size business-to-business operations.

· High energy and aggressive nature with solid communications skills (verbal & written)

· Organized with solid business planning and process oriented management skills.

· Independent self starter with unique capabilities to operate within a team environment.

· Undergraduate degree desired.
