Our client is an industry leading OEM of Electronic GPS and RFID devices. Because of a huge continuous growth, they are looking for a Middleware Developer to help take them to the next level in the expansion of their company.



Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the person holding this position is to create middleware applications that interface with various systems. Develop and maintain Systems server side middleware applications. Research and gather requirements. Assist in designing future products. Work with management and developers to ensure projects release on time



Qualifications:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues

· Ability to set goals, and achieve scheduled deadlines

· Strong computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Internet Protocols, Operating Systems, File Systems and company products.

· Ability to troubleshoot application problems.

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience.



Required:

· 3-5 years experience

· Experienced of Java Programming

· Experienced with Python scripting

· Experienced of C++ Programming

· Expert knowledge of networking TCP/IP and UDP stack

· Experience developing in a Linux environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong team player

· Previous experience in fast paced environment



Desired:

· Wireless/cellular development experience

· Experience interfacing with PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQLServer database

· Experience working with Message Queue’s

· Python/Perl/Java/PHP/Shell

· Experience with GIS data

· Messaging Protocols

· Message Queuing
