Position Description

Sr. Technical Product Manager Dallas, TX

A newly created Sr. Technical Product Manager opportunity for a leading creator of innovative integrated mobile solutions and applications.

Duties:

• Develop and implement a server product roadmap
• Define requirements and product specifications for new features
• Develop enhancements and product definition, make customer presentations and documents on the product portfolio for use by the sales organization
• Responses and RFPs and RFIs.
• Document product definitions for use by engineering
• Customer interaction with wireless carriers

Skills:

• MUST have 5+ years of product management of wireless core network platforms
• MUST have knowledge of GSM/UMTS/GPRS/EDGE/CDMA networks
• MUST have knowledge of both IMS and packet core networks
• Knowledge of 3GPP networks and IMS architectures, PoC, VoIP and SIP
• Knowledge of network interfaces for feature implementation
• Experience with telecom platforms and sub-systems
• OAM&P and OSS Systems experience
• Understanding of OM’s, alarms, logs and CDR’s
• Customer presentation skills a MUST
• Experience with handset user interfaces and OS a plus
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

Education:

• BSEE/BSCS with a preference for an MS
